What are SwiftXR projects?
A SwiftXR project is an interactive 3D, augmented (AR), or virtual reality (VR) experience that you can create, share, and embed on your website. SwiftXR projects are easy to create, even if you have no prior experience with 3D or AR/VR development.
What is a SwiftXR subscription?
A SwiftXR subscription provides a set number of projects, views, and platform credits each month. It’s ideal for users who want predictable costs and unlimited updates.
What are Platform Credits?
Platform Credits are usage units for AI-powered features and advanced integrations like Snap. They are included in subscription plans or can be purchased separately.
Do unused views or credits roll over?
No, views and platform credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
How are views counted for my projects?
Views are counted when a visitor spends at least 5 seconds on your project. This ensures only engaged visitors are counted.
What happens when I exceed my project’s views?
For project plans, we provide 1,000 additional views for $1.00 whenever needed.
Can I update my projects after publishing?
Yes! Subscription users can update projects for free. Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) users can update for free as long as the project size stays within the original publishing limit.
Can I embed my projects anywhere?
Yes! SwiftXR projects can be embedded on any website, CMS, or e-commerce platform using an iframe or JavaScript embed.
Is there a limit to the number of 3D objects in a project?
You can add multiple 3D objects as long as your project stays within your plan’s size limits.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your projects stay live until the end of your billing cycle. After that, they will be unpublished unless you switch to a PAYG plan.
